When selecting the area you want for your real estate leads, consider that small communities will generate  more specific leads that may convert more easily. Smaller areas  also  tend to  generate  a greater number of  leads  in the first few months, while bigger cities have more potential for massive numbers of leads, but will take longer to get a steady stream flowing.
