IDX Broker is the service that we use to populate our websites with the listings from your MLS. This is not to be confused with the IDX that you may have seen on your MLS. You need to sign up for IDX Broker on this page in order for us to get your website up and generating leads. It is important that this is done correctly the first time, or it will delay the process of making website and therefore, delay getting leads to you. While signing up for an IDX Broker account is not hard, the wording of the form that you will be filling out can be rather vague. The biggest mistake that we have seen comes when you are asked for your website URL. This is not asking for your personal site, this is the site that Boomerang Leads has provided for you.
