Future Developments and Lead possibilities….
As we continually develop our lead management software, we’re also implementing a way to sell Mortgage leads in additional ways. These leads will be beneficial to not only mortgage lenders, but also to the real estate agents who are working our leads.
Our system will integrate the management system so that both lenders and agents can work the same leads together. Agents will be able to see that their lead requested a mortgage quote request, and will know who the lender is who received the mortgage lead. In addition, once an agent has attempted to call their leads several times with no success, they can then change the status of a lead so that the lender now has access to the lead. When the lender gets hold of the lead, the Realtor is notified that the lead has now been contacted, and or has been pre-approved. This triggers an alert to the agent, and classifies the lead as “hot”.
By offering mortgage leads, we will not only provide leads for our partner mortgage brokers, but will also help our real estate agents to see a higher conversion rate. When more people are working to make contact with, and qualify real estate leads, the potential for conversion will be better.

Pricing of Mortgage Leads
We plan to offer several different types of mortgage leads. The price of these leads will vary based on the quality of the leads. Here is a basic summary of what we anticipate we will charge for the Mortgage Leads:
Mortgage Quote Request Leads
These will be the most expensive, but most valuable leads to lenders. These are leads of people who are actually requesting to be pre-qualified, or find out how much they can qualify for. These will be exclusive leads. We estimate the per lead cost will be about $25.
Fresh Partner Leads
These are our standard real estate leads that are generated by potential buyers searching homes for sale on our websites. In cooperation with the real estate agent, the lender and agent may work these same leads together. These are the leads we are currently generating, and the cost of these leads is $20 per lead for lenders.
Bulk List Eternal Leads
When a real estate agent has worked a lead to the point where their time is no longer effective in trying to contact old leads, they may set their status to “eternal leads.” This then places the lead in a pool where the leads are sold to lenders willing to continue trying to reach the hard to contact leads. These leads will be effective for mortgage lenders who use automatic dialing programs. Bulk lists can be purchased and attempted. Depending on how old the leads are, they will range in price from about .20 to $1.00 per lead.
When will these Mortgage Leads be Available?
We anticipate that our lead management software will be in beta mode in early 2012. The full system, with lender lead capabilities should be available by the end of 2012.
